The Federal Law Gazette of Germany released Part I no. 46 Fifteen Regulation Amending Medicinal Prescription Regulation on September 30, 2016.
This regulation specifies requirements specific to the marking, drawing, leaflet and prescribing information from pharmaceutical companies. Several ingredients are also provided with details on this regulation.
Enforcement of this regulation began on October 1, 2016.
