NORTHBROOK, Ill. — Dec. 19, 2025 — UL Solutions (NYSE: ULS), a global leader in applied safety science, has issued a public notice regarding two models of rooftop centrifugal extractor fans, which are used in food trucks and trailers, manufactured by US AirSupply Corp. Inc. under the brand name AirSupply, citing the use of unauthorized UL Certification Marks.
The affected products — models E-DUC1010-1 and E-DUC1212-1 — have not been evaluated by UL Solutions to the appropriate safety standards. UL Solutions recommends that these products be immediately removed from service, as it is unknown if they comply with any safety requirements.
The extractor fans, marketed as part of the “Low Profile Compact Series for Food Trucks & Trailers,” are labeled as being made according to UL Standards and display an unauthorized UL Certification Mark, but UL Solutions confirms that no such certification has been granted.
The products are known to be sold online and in retail stores in the United States, including through the manufacturer’s website, www.airsupplycorp.com.

“When safety certification marks are falsely applied to products like rooftop extractor fans, it creates a false sense of safety and can lead to hazardous outcomes,” said Alessio Dellanoce, vice president and general manager of the Appliances, HVAC and Lighting group at UL Solutions. “The unauthorized use of the UL Mark on these rooftop extractor fans is deeply concerning, and the affected products should be immediately removed from service.”
