Introduction to SPICE Model Extensions

This training provides an overview of the SPICE Extension process model family. Using practical examples, we will introduce the SPICE Extensions from the perspective of a project member or a process engineer. We will discuss the problems that can occur during assessments and what a corresponding process improvement can look like.

This modular introduction training can be individually combined and/or extended with other Standards and according to specific customer needs.

Among others, for the following SPICE Extensions are covered:

• Hardware SPICE
• Mechanical SPICE
• Machine Learning SPICE
• Data Management SPICE
• SPICE for IT-Services (ITSM)
• Cybersecurity SPICE
• Agile SPICE
• Potential Analysis

The duration of the Introduction training depends on the Extension and the number of Extensions selected. At least half a day is required.

Developers, test engineers, project managers and others involved in development projects or projects targeting the involvement of the SPICE Extensions.
