Earn Continuing Education Units with UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions

UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions is an International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) Accredited Provider, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.

IACET logo with contentAs a result of our Accredited Provider status, UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions is authorized to offer IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard. In obtaining this accreditation, UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard which is recognized internationally as a standard of good practice.

Our Accredited Provider Status reflects our commitment to sound, effective training and is a testament to our skill in designing and developing training programs based on sound instructional design principles. You may receive credit in the form of CEUs for designated UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions courses that you take. CEUs are used internationally to maintain records of completion for post-secondary education. For those on management or other professional career paths, CEUs are widely recognized as evidence of educational achievement.  Please verify applicability with your professional board before attending.

One CEU is granted for every 10 hours of interactive coursework. Successful completion of a UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions course shall depends on the satisfactory attendance, participation, and assessment.

Certificates of Completion

Participants who meet the criteria for successful completion of a UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions program that is approved for IACET CEUs will receive a Certificate of Completion that includes an IACET CEU seal.

Assessment of Learning

Students who wish to obtain CEU credit for applicable UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions courses must demonstrate the appropriate level of learning as outlined in the learning objectives. The certified UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions Instructor is responsible for making assessment determinations. UL Solutions Knowledge Solutions most commonly uses the following assessment methods: instructor observation, group activities, end of course evaluations, attendance, and exams. The instructor should provide additional guidance at the beginning of the course on the specific assessment methods being used for the course. For online courses, assessments are provided within the module or after the course in the LMS.
