Assessment of Learning

Students who wish to obtain CEU credit for applicable UL Knowledge Solutions courses must demonstrate the appropriate level of learning as outlined in the learning objectives. The certified UL Knowledge Solutions Instructor is responsible for making assessment determinations. UL Knowledge Solutions most commonly uses the following assessment methods: instructor observation, group activities, end of course evaluations, attendance, and exams. The instructor should provide additional guidance at the beginning of the course on the specific assessment methods being used for the course. For online courses, assessments are provided within the module or after the course in the LMS.
