Regulatory Content Description

ULTRUS WERCS Studio – Content Packages

All services described herein constitute Services or Software as purchased by Client in an Order Form. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein have the meaning set forth in the Agreement or applicable Order Form.  In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and the information here, the terms set forth herein shall prevail with regard to the relevant subject matter.

The ULTRUS WERCS Studio Content Packages contain the following Safety Data Sheet (SDS) templates and translated phrase library languages:

  • ALL AMERICAS
    • Contains the SDS templates and languages included in AMERICAS 1 and AMERICAS 2 packages as shown below.
  • ALL EMEA
    • Contains the SDS templates and languages included in EMEA 1 and EMEA 2 packages as shown below.
  • ALL APAC
    • Contains the SDS templates and languages included in APAC 1, APAC 2 and APAC 3 packages as shown below.
  • AMERICAS 1
    • This regulatory content package includes SDS templates for the USA, Canada, Mexico and an additional North American hybrid template for USA/Canada trade.  Also included is our translated phrase library in the following languages: English, French (Canada), Spanish (Mexico).
  • AMERICAS 2
    • This regulatory content package includes SDS templates for Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Colombia.  Also included is our translated phrase library in the following languages: Spanish (Mexico), Spanish (Chile), Portuguese (Brazil).
  • EMEA 1
    • This regulatory content package includes SDS templates for the EU and UK.  Also included is our translated phrase library in the following languages: Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Lithuanian, Estonian, Latvian, Polish, Icelandic, English (UK/EU), French (France), Spanish (Spain), Portuguese (Portugal), German, Dutch, Greek, Hungarian, Albanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Macedonian, Romanian, Slovenian, Ukrainian, Italian, Czech, Slovakian.
  • EMEA 2
    • This regulatory content package includes SDS templates for Turkey, South Africa and Israel.  Also included is our translated phrase library in the following languages: Turkish, English (UK/EU), Hebrew.
  • APAC 1
    • This regulatory content package includes SDS templates for China, Korea, Russia and Japan.  Also included is our translated phrase library in the following languages: Chinese Simplified (Mandarin), Korean, Russian, Japanese.
  • APAC 2
    • This regulatory content package includes SDS templates for Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore.  Also included is our translated phrase library in the following languages: Thai, Malay, English (UK/EU), Chinese Simplified (Mandarin), Vietnamese.
  • APAC 3
    • This regulatory content package includes SDS templates for Philippines, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.  Also included is our translated phrase library in the following languages: Chinese Traditional (Taiwan), English (Australia), Tagalog (Philippines), Indonesian.
