In every client conversation I see UL Solutions’ mission come to life. My role goes beyond managing relationships – it’s about helping our partners adopt safer, more sustainable and compliant solutions. By understanding their business goals and connecting them with UL Solutions’ expertise, I assist them in bringing products and services to market that people can trust.

How has being part of a global organization shaped your experience at UL Solutions?
Being part of a truly global organization has been a defining part of my journey here. It has provided me with the incredible opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and clients from various regions, allowing me to learn from diverse perspectives. This has fostered a culture of innovation and fresh approaches to solving challenges, which I find immensely rewarding.
The exposure to different cultures and working styles has not only broadened my professional outlook but has also reinforced the significant impact we create collectively.
What types of people and skills do you work with day-to-day?
Daily, I collaborate with a diverse set of cross-functional teams. These include compliance specialists, engineers, project managers, business leaders and technical experts. Each team member brings their own unique strengths to the table, whether it’s deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking or client engagement. This variety not only amplifies the strength of our solutions but also fuels my continuous learning and growth.
Can you describe a time someone supported you in a meaningful or unexpected way?
One of the most daunting challenges I faced was navigating the organization and identifying the right people with the expertise needed to support a key customer engagement.
That’s when Shyam and Inna stepped in and offered the guidance I so desperately needed. Their support was more than just operational; it was truly transformational. It taught me how to channel internal resources effectively and build momentum toward achieving our goals.
This experience has reinforced my belief in the mantra “Ho Jayega,”a Hindi word for “will be done,” because with the right approach and the right support, success is indeed inevitable.

From the very first day, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with an incredibly talented group of individuals. Each with unique perspectives and strengths, making every interaction enriching and insightful.
The willingness to share knowledge within our team has been instrumental in helping me deliver results and accelerating my learning curve. One standout moment was when I was navigating a complex customer engagement early in my tenure.
