In what ways has UL Solutions supported your career development and growth?
I participated in the Global Leadership Program (GLP), Executive Leadership Program (ELP), and Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP), which helped me embed management skills and technical knowledge for future business development and growth.
What are your future ambitions at UL Solutions?
I aim to help UL Solutions transition from traditional operational modes to digitalized and automated operation systems, utilizing AI to support data accuracy evaluation and collect valuable product design and testing data, ushering in a new era of digitalization.

What has changed the most about you since you first joined UL Solutions?
I started as an engineer, gradually becoming a technical expert, then moved into people management and service development, eventually joining the leadership team and participating in strategy development. These experiences have helped me discover my capabilities in different areas, which has been significant throughout my 27-year career with UL Solutions.
