U.S. Senate Approves TSCA Reform Bill

UNITED STATES - The U.S. Senate has passed Bill S.697, also known as the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, to provide updates to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
 
The Bill will now have to be reconciled with the legislation that was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives (H.R.2576) in June 2015.
