UL's Partner Organizes 2015 Singapore International 3D Printing Competitions

March 10, 2015

UL's partner, the Singapore Center for 3D Printing (SC3DP), proudly continues their mission to promote awareness and adoption of 3D printing technologies by presenting the 2015 Singapore International 3D Printing Competitions!

The original competitions started in 2013 with the objective of increasing awareness of 3D printing technologies around the world with the themes of Abacus and Fashion. In 2014, the audience of the competition was expanded to include two additional categories for students. This saw an almost three-fold increase to 86 entries within the two themes of Jewelry and Architecture.

This year's competition celebrates the past with the theme of vintage toys and a look to the future by seeking a functional logo design for SC3DP.

The Competition has 3 categories under each theme as detailed below:

Category Eligibility Prizes
Open category All, regardless of age, gender, nationality, etc. Top prize of S$10000
