ECHA Updates CLH Consultations and Registry of Intentions

EUROPEAN UNION - The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has opened for public consultation the following harmonized classification and labeling (CLH) proposals:

Deadline for submission of comments is November 23, 2015.

ECHA has also announced the receipt of restriction dossier from Denmark for (3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8-tridecafluorooctyl) silanetriol and any of its mono-, di- or tri-O-(alkyl) derivatives. It covers the use of a combination of perfluorinated silanes and one or more organic solvents in sprays, used by the general public.
