The Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG), a global community focused on accelerating the education and advancement of additive manufacturing and 3D printing, is bringing its annual conference to Chicago from March 19 – 23, 2017.
The AMUG Conference brings together engineers, designers, managers, and educators from around the world to share expertise, best practices, challenges, and application developments in additive manufacturing. Spanning five days, AMUG is building an agenda filled with presentations, workshops, and competitions.
UL’s Paul Bates, who also serves as an AMUG Vice President, promises the largest AMUG Conference ever. “There will be more users at the event and more technologies represented than in years past. We welcome expert, intermediate and novice users of all commercial additive manufacturing technologies,” said Bates. “It’s also a great forum to exchange ideas and build your professional network.”
