China Revises List of Toxic Chemicals Restricted for Imported and Exported Goods

The Chinese Ministry of Environment Protection and Chinese Customs has released a joint notice concerning the 2014 version of the List of Toxic Chemicals Restricted to be imported into or exported from China.

The updated version has new four entries:

According to the MEP’s order 22, companies that used the listed chemicals will need to register with the Chemicals Registration Centre and apply for registration certificates or custom clearance before doing business in China.
