California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has issued an Amendment to Section 25805, Maximum Allowable Dose Level - Bisphenol A (Dermal Exposure from Solid Materials).
The new maximum allowable dose level (MADL) for bisphenol A (BPA) from dermal exposure from solid materials has been set to 3 micrograms per day.
Announced on June 13, 2016, the new MADL will take effect on October 1, 2016.
