Washington Releases Chemical Evaluations for CHCC Chemicals

The Washington Ecology Department has released These Chemical Evaluations to Support Adding or Delisting Chemicals from the CHCC List.

The reporting rule specifies the requirements for manufacturers of children’s products to annually report to the Washington Department of Ecology the presence of Chemicals of High Concern to Children (CHCCs) in children’s products.

The 20 substances are:
