The Turkish government has notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of its ‘Safety of Toys Implementing Regulation.’
The notified document specifies safety criteria risks for children’s toys before they are permitted on the market. It is aligned with EU Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 on the safety of toys.
