Compounding process

We compound small quantities in a twin-screw extruders and guarantee reproducible process conditions through a comprehensive quality assurance according to ISO 17025.

Small quantities can be produced with a wide range of additives and fillers on four co-rotating, twin-screw extruders. These extruders are equipped with modern online processing systems for process data as well as special screw geometries and feeding options, and can be used for a variety of processing tasks in consultation with our experts.

At UL Solutions we offer the following processing of small-quantity compounds up to 200 kg*:
