Overview

With more than 2.4 million square feet of space being LEED certified every day and with 94,000 LEED certified developments underway worldwide, you need a trusted tool to help find products for your LEED projects. That’s why we’ve developed our LEED Toolkit.

Our toolkit features UL’s SPOT® Product Guide, which connects you with information on products that contribute to the maximum number of LEED credits and, in turn, deliver a healthier, more sustainable indoor environment.

You’ll be able to search more than 100,000 products by LEED credit and view products with GREENGUARD and ECOLOGO® Certification. You’ll also be able to view products with Certified Environmental Product Declarations, Recycled Content and Bio-based Content Validations and more. SPOT is endorsed by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Benefits

UL has been a trusted certification body since 1894, which is why our validations are recognized in LEED Building Standards. We have more than 100,000 products that are searchable by LEED Building Credits to help you find products that contribute to LEED points, and we offer downloadable project documentation for easy LEED submittals.

Why UL

UL has encouraged sustainability practices throughout our history, and we are dedicated to helping architects, designers and specifiers find and select healthier, more eco-friendly products. We want to share our knowledge with you, which is why we offer free LEED credit guides, webinars and sustainable product guides. Our expert staff of LEED enthusiasts are on-hand to help answer any of the questions you may have on your journey toward LEED certification. Our toolkit can serve as your single-source resource for all things LEED related, making it easier to navigate through the complex world of compliance and regulations. Even better, we’ll help you showcase your efforts to architects, designers and specifiers worldwide through our SPOT Product Database.
