A rainy week did not prevent an endless flow of attendees from all over the world to be at this year’s NeoCon, held June 11-13 in Chicago. From furniture manufacturers to architects and designers, our vast furniture solutions were showcased through productive conversations, informative marketing collateral and a unique booth presence.
Here’s some highlights:
- Architects and designers well received SPOT’s new features including “My Projects” which helps create custom project boards and connects design team members in a virtual workspace; enhanced search functionality through tags, bookmarks and saved searches.
- BIM Projects users were able to see a demo of UL’s free SPOT add-ins for Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD that help streamline the product selection process for sustainable design
- Sustainability continued to remain top of mind. In fact, we discussed how to promote your sustainability and transparency achievements with UL GREENGUARD Certification and Product Lens™ program. At the same time safety was top of mind too, especially as many companies introduced working pods, which will need unique considerations for safety and sustainability and wellness features.
We enjoyed the show, and were happy to see familiar faces and meet new ones. If you met with a UL representative at the show, you can expect to receive a follow-up from them shortly. As always, we’re here to help with customized solutions that fit your needs. Contact us today.
