UL Solutions Laboratories Approved for ZDHC Testing

The Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Foundation has approved UL Solutions laboratories in Bangladesh, China, India, Italy and Tunisia for testing to ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines Version 2.1. Thanks to this achievement, we can now support the ZDHC’s goal to implement their new wastewater guidelines in the global textile and leather value chains.

Our laboratory in Tunis, Tunisia, is the only ZDHC-approved laboratory in North Africa as of the date of publication.     

This approval means UL Solutions can conduct testing for textile and leather companies and submit data to the Wastewater Module in the ZDHC Gateway on behalf of suppliers. This will help increase the quality level of wastewater and sludge test data submitted through the Wastewater Module.
