October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month — an ideal time to confirm your connected products are built securely and with compliance in mind.

Manufacturers who build cybersecurity into connected products from the outset can help protect end users from data breaches, unauthorized access and potential safety risks. As these products increasingly interact with networks and other devices, vulnerabilities can be exploited to compromise personal data, disrupt functionality or even endanger physical safety.

Strong cybersecurity not only helps meet regulatory requirements but also reinforces customer trust and brand reputation in a competitive market.

This informative webinar will start by exploring global cybersecurity market trends, focusing on growth areas, market drivers, challenges and differences between consumer and industrial domains.

Then, we will explore major cybersecurity standards across industries, including:

  • ETSI EN 303 645
  • ISA/IEC 62443
  • UL 2900-2-3
  • ISO/IEC 21434

Next, we will jump into the cybersecurity regulatory landscape, covering:

  • Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
  • Radio Equipment Directive (RED)

Upon completion of this webinar, you will:

  • Understand current cybersecurity standards, including their scope and coverage
  • Gain insight into the global cybersecurity regulatory landscape, how your products are impacted and the mapping between standards and regulations
  • Learn what you can do now to prepare for compliance with evolving regulations
