Product name: PAIGE CB-CP-74310118PL 500 FT RG59-18/2 COMBO PLENUM CABLE-WHITE.
UL Solutions recommends that these cables be immediately removed from service and discarded. The products were sold at www.affordableopeners.com.
The manufacturing label on the product box contains the following:

- Quantity: 500FT
- Bears a gold UL holographic label with the words “COMMUNICATIONS CABLE” and the issued Serial Numbers P79937194-P79938193
