UL Solutions in Canada Certified as a “Great Place to Work"

UL Solutions in Canada, a leading global safety science company, has earned recognition as a Great Place to Work® Certified™ company by Great Place to Work (GPTW) Canada, a global authority on building, sustaining and recognizing high-trust, high-performing workplace cultures.

This accolade stems from the results of a survey of employees of UL Solutions in Canada who participated anonymously. Employees responded to the Trust Index© survey, which focuses on workplace culture, covering categories such as respect, fairness, pride and credibility, as well as a managerial index that measures workers’ satisfaction with their direct managers. According to GPTW, 73% of employees indicated that UL Solutions in Canada is a great place to work.

The company’s work force includes scientists, laboratory technicians, engineers, corporate staff, field inspectors, managers and leadership. The survey results reflected workers’ positive feedback regarding an inclusive work culture.
