Driven by the Québec Mineral Exploration Association (QMEA) and the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT), this first-of-its-kind program, works to promote more sustainable and support the industry’s commitment to reducing environmental, social and governance (ESG) impacts.

Following a successful launch in Québec, ECOLOGO® Certification is now available across Canada. According to the QMEA, as of February 2025, more than 25 Canadian mineral exploration companies have already stepped up to the challenge, demonstrating their responsible mineral exploration practices for investors, stakeholders, regulators and consumers.
