Please be advised that contrary to public statements we have been made aware of, UL Solutions did not perform any testing or certification of the ENG8 EnergiCell.

NORTHBROOK, ILLINOIS, January 24, 2024 – Please be advised that contrary to public statements we have been made aware of, UL Solutions did not perform any testing or certification of the ENG8 EnergiCell. UL Solutions has directed ENG8 to remove from its materials all references to UL and Underwriters Laboratories, including those on its website and other websites, on its LinkedIn profile, in YouTube videos, and in investor documents.
