UL and the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster announce Collaboration

UL, a global safety science organization, and the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster (NAMIC), part of the Innovation Cluster Program (ICP) led by NTUitive, announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in which the two organizations will collaborate to develop an ecosystem for Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies in Singapore.

Areas of cooperation include the development of standards critical to the adoption of AM, development of new commercial applications, providing AM training, and identifying and executing new AM-specific projects.

The agreement was signed on January 23, 2017 by NAMIC and UL executives, and witnessed by Mr. Loh Khum Yean, Permanent Secretary of Trade and Industry, Republic of Singapore.
