Netherlands Updates Commodities Act on Food Contact Materials

The Netherlands has notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) regarding the updating of the Commodities Act on packaging and consumer articles that come into contact with food.

The notification aims to compile all changes that were amended in the Act since 2011, specifically those that apply to plastic materials and articles that come in contact with food.
