The ULTRUS® ComplianceWire® June 2026 release introduces updates designed to transform advancement in organizational training, compliance and workforce development at scale. The enhanced platform features a redesigned learner homepage, updated user experiences and AI-enabled capabilities. ComplianceWire helps compliance teams work more efficiently while simplifying the path to workforce qualification for global organizations.
“The release reflects our continued focus on evolving ComplianceWire through a modern platform and AI-enabled capabilities that support proactive compliance, workforce qualification and audit readiness,” says Harry Kemps, product manager of ULTRUS ComplianceWire. “This release highlights a new learner experience centered on a clear, intuitive home page that serves as a unified hub for compliance and communication.”
A home page built for learners
The learner home page has been redesigned to present key information in a single, intuitive view, helping users manage required training more efficiently. It is optimized to deliver a consistent experience across iOS and Android devices. This command center serves as a unified hub for compliance communication and required training.
Learners can navigate tasks with ease through a user-friendly layout featuring dashboard widgets, such as Curriculum Status, Incomplete Assignments and On-Time Completion. Each widget links directly to its corresponding dashboard for additional detail.
Color-coded urgency indicators (Overdue, At Risk and Not at Risk) provide learners a clear view of outstanding training items and enable quick filtering. The Featured Courses widget allows administrators to highlight up to 10 recommended courses, while the Pending Tasks widget helps track approvals and reviews.
Form translations: Now powered by AI
For organizations operating across multiple regions and languages, maintaining localized training content can be time-consuming and resource-intensive. AI-powered form translations in ComplianceWire are designed to streamline this process.
“AI-powered form element translations allow organizations to localize training content for global teams while reducing reliance on manual translation processes and supporting faster turnaround times,” says Kemps.
Within the Form Builder, administrators can translate form questions, response options and other text elements. Translations remain editable, allowing teams to review and refine content for accuracy and tone. This capability supports both standard and segmented forms, including single-response, multiple-response, user-entered response, date-response and file-attachment questions.
For organizations managing compliance training across global locations, this feature can significantly reduce translation turnaround time. [EK4.1][EA4.2][KE4.3]To use AI Translation, the AI Translation Tools preference must be enabled. Administrators can access the Help and Support resource center or contact Client Services for assistance.
Custom attributes via Upload Tools
As ComplianceWire expands its safety science capabilities, data governance and integrity support precise and scalable role-based automation.Custom Attributes Upload Tools now support bulk updates across multiples entities, including users, curricula, training items, classes and user groups. Renamed from "Domain Associations" to better reflect their broader utility, these tools help administrators streamline learner data management at scale.
ComplianceWire provides optional Upload Tools that enable designated administrators within organizations to upload large CSV files into the platform without programming or assistance from UL Solutions. Administrators can test data in the training site, use templates and complete uploads followed by approvals. This update enables organizations to manage role-based assignment efficiently as they grow.
Manual due date changes
Shifting compliance deadlines, organizational changes, training updates and operational adjustments may require corresponding changes to assignment due dates. The June 2026 release introduces enhanced bulk due date management, allowing administrators to update multiple assignments at once. The new grid provides a dedicated workspace to view, review and update assignment due dates for individual users, including visibility into overlapping assignments.
