
Josmi is a senior consultant, coach and assessor committed to assisting original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers in achieving their quality objectives. She serves as a co-lead of the intacs® Agile SPICE Working Group, facilitating the development of the Agile SPICE Process Assessment Model (PAM), and oversees the related training initiatives.

Engaging and collaborating with OEMs and suppliers
She possesses a master’s degree in computer applications from the Indira Institute Of Management, Pune, India. In the early stages of her career, she worked in the information technology sector as a process consultant, focusing on Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and Agile transformations. Later, she specialized in automotive standards, specifically Automotive SPICE® (ASPICE), cybersecurity, data management and Agile practices. She is a certified Volkswagen Software Quality Improvement Leader (SQIL).
Through engaging and collaborating with various OEMs and suppliers over the years, Josmi has developed a profound understanding of their challenges and the ability to propose effective, tailored approaches that address their specific needs.

Advancing the automotive industry
Her professional passion is focused on advancing the automotive industry through active participation in committees such as Agile SPICE and Data Management SPICE, as well as contributing to the formulation of industry standards. She is also part of the Automotive Security Research Group (ASRG) Women’s Network dedicated to cultivating a supportive community for women in the field of automotive cybersecurity.
