Jerry Lin

Senior Project Engineer

Jerry Lin is a senior project engineer in the field of optical radiation safety evaluation at UL Solutions.

Jerry Lin leads the CMIT Taiwan optical radiation (laser/LED) safety team and is responsible for the team’s project reviewing, training and sales support as a role L3 of IEC/EN 60825-1 and IEC 62471.

Jerry has 15 years of experience in optical radiation testing, and he joined the Taiwan BSMI laser product committee to help generate Taiwan Laser pointer regulation. His experience also includes LCD display and lamp luminance, and color evaluation (including TCO scheme, ISO 92471-307 and GS mark program).

In 2016 he helped establish the CMIT Taiwan optical safety laboratory. Jerry supports the UL Solutions marketing team for external seminars in a lecturer role.
