Singapore Safety Mark regulator Enterprise Singapore updated the List of Conformity Assessment Bodies for CPS Singapore Safety Mark in September 2019 indicating that UL’s laboratory in Carugate, Italy, is now recognized as a testing laboratory that can conduct gas appliances testing and issue test reports to Singapore requirements.
UL’s Carugate laboratory is recognized for testing the following products and standards:

Customers can now work with UL for gas appliances testing to Singapore requirements. UL in Singapore is also working on expanding its certification scope to cover gas appliances. Meanwhile, we can support our customers with gas appliances testing and working with regulators for Gas Appliance COC before UL’s Singapore laboratory is officially designated.
