Our commitment to an inclusive environment

Our focus on inclusion empowers us to build a culture in which all employees are inspired to share their talents, ideas, passions and experiences. We embody behaviors and actions to better serve the needs of our customers by delivering innovative products and safety solutions as well as promoting inclusive and safe living and working environments.

Global inclusion advances our employee value proposition, talent development, career growth and corporate sustainability initiatives. Fostering a welcoming culture also directly benefits our customers and UL Solutions’ business, strategy and growth. We know that fostering inclusion enables us to better fulfill our mission of working for a safer world.

Business Resource Groups

Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) help advance our inclusive culture and serve as a catalyst for growth. These optional, employee-led groups exist to foster an inclusive workplace aligned with our mission and values and help drive a positive employee experience.

BRGs are open to all employees who want to learn, connect and contribute to a culture of belonging and success.
