Our focus on inclusion empowers us to build a culture in which all employees are inspired to share their talents, ideas, passions and experiences. We know that fostering inclusion enables us to better fulfill our mission of working for a safer world.

Business Resource Groups

Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) help advance our inclusive culture and serve as a catalyst for growth. These optional, employee-led groups exist to foster an inclusive workplace aligned with our mission and values and help drive a positive employee experience.

BRGs are open to all employees who want to learn, connect and contribute to a culture of belonging and success.
