Domestically produced and imported raincoats will be inspected for the presence of the following hazards, which are restricted in Taiwan under standard CNS 15503 on general requirements for safety of children's products:
- Phthalates: DMP, DEP, DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP and DIDP

A two track system of monitoring and inspection and registration of product certification will be adopted. The certificate will be valid for three years.
