Toys and children’s products are one of the categories that require Technical File documentation in both the US and Europe. This webinar will focus on the Technical File requirements mandated by the new European Toy Safety Directive (TSD) 2009/48/EC and the Record Keeping requirements under the CPSC’s Reasonable Testing Program (RTP).

Susan DeRagon is the Senior Technical Consultant of the Toys and Children’s Product Group for UL’s Consumer and Retail Services . With over 25 years of experience, Susan is a leading quality and safety expert on toys, children’s products and licensed goods, frequently conducting technical seminars and webinars globally. She works closely with companies to provide the highest level of quality service in the areas of regulatory compliance, product testing, quality assurance, safety evaluations, and inspections.
Susan is an active member of the Toy Industry Association and ASTM International, participating on several toy and children’s product standards committees. She is also on the Board of Directors for ICPHSO, the International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization.
Jennifer Buoniconti Client Service Supervisor – Toys and Children’s Products
Jennifer Buoniconti is a client service supervisor for UL Consumer and Retail Services, focusing primarily on the toy and children’s products industry. Jennifer is a technical and expert resource for clients and her team of client services specialists, answering questions and providing support and guidance through interpretation of standards, rules and regulations. Working closely with the company’s laboratories, she develops client program and project plans for the execution of testing services globally to help ensure the compliance, quality, and safety of toys and children’s products.
