Adam will lead a discussion on circadian-effective lighting, examining biological rhythms and historical architectural lighting, and what we have learned about their connection over the years. This presentation will cover what we now know about indoor lighting's impact on health, what more we need to learn, and how we can apply that knowledge. Using UL's DG 24480 Design Guideline for Promoting Circadian Entrainment with Light for Day Active People we will review designing lighting for humanity in 6 steps.
