The Middle East continues to experience consistent growth in the number of new buildings under construction. Many building projects in this region face fire protection safety issues such as improper installation and misapplication of products. Passive fire protection systems include critical products such as fire, smoke and ceiling dampers. Dampers are intended for installation in air ducts passing through fire rated walls and floors; they are designed to automatically close under fire conditions to be a barrier to fire and create compartmentation. Proper installation of these products and code guideline adherence helps ensure that products perform as per their intended purpose.

This webinar will provide information so you may better understand the application of life safety dampers based on code requirements and certified ratings.
