California’s Office of Environmental Health and Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) has published a Notice of Intent to List a Chemical under Proposition 65: Vinylidene Chloride.

The listing of Vinylidene chloride as a chemical to cause cancer is proposed pursuant to the “Labor Code” listing mechanism.

OEHHA’s determination states Vinyledine chloride meets the requirements for listing as known to the state to cause cancer for purposes of Proposition 65.
