About the EPA's Radionuclides RuleThe Radionuclides Rule requires community water systems (CWSs) to conduct initial monitoring at each entry point to their distribution systems for some or all of the following radionuclides:
For your system to comply with the Radionuclides Rule, data must be grandfathered or monitoring must be performed for four consecutive quarters by December 2007. Additionally, all compliance data must be generated by a certified laboratory.
