Our comprehensive Quality Assurance Program is designed to address all aspects of sample collection, analysis and reporting. The cornerstone of this program is our Quality Assurance Manual (QAM), which defines the rigorous internal standards for quality and integrity our data must meet.

With certifications in 48 states and Puerto Rico, UL holds more certifications for drinking water analyses than any other laboratory in the nation. Assessors for the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP), multiple state accrediting authorities, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and several Fortune 500 companies regularly audit UL and find that our Quality System is effective in meeting their specific requirements.

To give you complete confidence in our work, data produced by our laboratory:
