Security & Signaling

Show the market that your product has been tested for security and signaling performance

On May 1, 2005 UL launched it’s new Security & Signaling Marks. UL is now introducing a simplified product identification for many of the Security & Signaling product categories. This simplified product identification along with the new Marks, the word “LISTED” and a control number, comprise the UL Listing Mark that identifies products covered under UL’s Security and Signaling requirements. UL Listing Marks with the new Marks and simplified product identification are currently optional, but will be required after December 31, 2008.

ITE and A-V Equipment

ITE and A-V equipment that includes a security or signaling feature may be eligible to use the Security & Signaling Marks.
