Units: Unknown quantity Name of Product: Model G22-6298 Date of Manufacture: December 2006 to present Manufacturer: Jian Lian Lighting Co. Ltd. Hazard: These products may overheat, creating a potential risk of electric shock and fire to users. Identification: On the product: The cord has a white tag with the following information: Model G22-6298 (0.17A) The cord also has a UL holographic label consisting of the UL Mark and the following information: Decorative Outfit Identification: On the packaging: The packaging displays the UL Mark for the United States and provides the following information: Sylvania What you should do: UL recommends that users stop using the product immediately and return the decorative outfit to the place of purchase.
