Some important details

  • When setting up your MyHome @UL account, please make sure to complete all tabs on the "Account Profile" on MyHome @UL - this step is critical for customers needing access to project status and project reports.
  • To gain access to customer-specific information such as project status and project reports, each customer company is asked to identify a gatekeeper to make decisions about who can access confidential information. If your company does not already have a gatekeeper, your request for access to confidential customer-specific information will trigger the gatekeeper process. An electronic access agreement (L-41) will need to be signed by someone other than the designated gatekeeper and returned to UL before access to proprietary information such as project tracking, reports and procedures can be activated.
