아르헨티나 UL-AR & S 마크

개요
아르헨티나 산업 및 상업부(Argentine Secretariat of Industry and Commerce)는 아르헨티나의 안전 마크인 S 마크의 규제 및 법규 제정을 담당하고 있습니다. 이 안전 규제 시스템은 1998년 아르헨티나의 규격과 관련한 범위와 가이드라인을 명령하는 Resolution 92/98을 통해 제정되었습니다.

IEC규격은 아르헨티나 국가 규격의 기본 골자를 이루는 IRAM(Instituto Racionalizacion Argentino de Materiales) 에 광범위하게 적용되었습니다.

Resolution 92/98 규제를 받는 제품들은 아르헨티나 안에서 승인된 인증기관인 O.A.A.(Argentinean Accreditation Organization)로 부터 받은 아르헨티나 S 마크를 가지고 있어야 합니다.

범위
다음의 제품 카테고리에 대해서는 강제적인 인증으로 적용됩니다.

• 50 - 1000 Vac과 50 - 1500 Vdc 전기적 rating 범위 안의 대부분의 전기/전자 설비
• 5 kv-amp (KVA) 보다 낮은 소비의 전기/전자 설비 및 기계
• 정격 전류가 63 amps (A) 보다 낮은 전기적 설비를 위한 재질
• 전기적 케이블과 전도체
• 기초 설비를 위한 재질과 자연현상으로 인한 초고압 상태로부터 전기적 통신 시설의 보호 장비
• 최대 5 kilo volt-amp (KVA) 이상의 전력 생산 설비

Resolution 92/98은 전기적 정격 범위가 50 - 1000 Vac / 50 - 1500 Vdc 안에 들어가는 대부분의 전기/전자 제품을 규제합니다.

Resolition 92/98에서 포함되지 않는 전기 제품들

I. General Products

• Cables and wires
• Generators greater than 5 kVA
• Earthing materials and overvoltage protection devices used to protect against natural phenomenon
• All electrical products related to skin treatment, independent of energy consumption
• All electrical material and equipment specifically designed for exclusive use in road vehicles, ships, airships, railroads and other means of transport
• All electrical/electronic materials and components with a current rating greater than 63 A

II. Products whose energy consumption exceeds 5 kVA:

• Medical, dentistry and laboratory diagnostic equipment, parts and accessories, used for treatment and prevention. Products excluded from this consideration are ambient lighting for clinical use, clinical beds and stretchers, dental furniture and similar equipment which include electrical devices and will require certification
• Industrial process equipment of goods that require trained operators, except portable devices Industrial equipment and apparatus for measurement and control and automation of operations and processes
• Data process equipment under Article 7 of Resolution 173, published on March 15, 1999
• Memory units, except those that require an external power supply
• Telecommunication equipment, auxiliary and associated apparatus, except subscriber terminals of any type
• Telecommunication control and adaptation units and signal conversion units
• Telephone and wireless exchange equipment, except private telephone systems with an internal line capacity of equal to or less than 25
• Professional equipment for radio-telephony, wireless or broadcasting
• Internal modems used to transmit data, or external types used for public services, TV or radiocommunications
• Low signal cable and conductors intended for audio, video and data transmission
• All types of lamps greater than 1000 W

III. Products whose current consumption exceeds 63 A:

• Material designed specifically for generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy under the control of Public Service Companies, excluding electrical energy meters
• Command dialog, detection and protection devices used in machinery or industrial installations
