UL Listing Card ServiceListing, Classification and Recognition Information available in a 3x5” card formatThe UL Listing Card Service provides the opportunity to order current Certification information in a 3x5” card format, known as UL Listing Cards. This service is provided for Listing, Classification or Recognition information for a UL file number under a specific product category. See below for details on how to purchase UL Listing cards. To order UL Listing Cards Online:Click here to access an online Listing Card Service order form which may be e-mailed to listingcards@us.ul.com. To Fax, Phone or Mail your order:Click on the 2008 UL Listing Card Service form for a PDF version of the ordering information and order form for the UL Listing Card Service. Please complete the form electronically then fax or e-mail the order form to the number or address shown below. Payments may be made by credit card. Faxed Orders:Fax the order form to +1-847-509-6243, Listing Information Services. Please do not re-fax, confirm by mail or mail payments for faxed requests. UL Listing Card prices:Minimum order is 25 cards. For multi card series (Card 1 of 2, 2 of 2 etc.) the minimum order for each card in the series is 25 cards.
