Security and signaling
In 2005, UL launched its new Security and Signaling Marks. UL is now introducing a simplified product identification for many of the security and signaling product categories. This simplified product identification -- along with the new Marks, the word "Listed" and a control number -- comprise the UL Listing Mark that identifies products covered under UL's security and signaling requirements. UL Listing Marks with the new Marks and simplified product identification are required after December 31, 2008.
