UL Environment contracts
At this site, you'll find many of the terms and conditions covering UL Environment Inc.'s ("ULE") delivery of services. The contracts covering ULE's services consist of three elements:
- UL Environment Agreement containing legal terms and conditions;
- Program terms and conditions for specific services; and
- Quotation provided to customers to estimate cost of service.
Both the UL Environment Agreement and program terms and conditions are incorporated in each quotation provided to customers. The UL Environment Agreement, program terms and conditions, and the quotation together constitute the entire agreement governing the delivery of requested services by UL Environment Inc.
