From lean healthcare advisory, to Black Belt certification, to Shingo Method training and root cause analysis problem solving courses, the CCII provides a clear set of proven techniques and principles to equip each individual with the know-how to operate a strong customer focused entity using both lean and six sigma concepts.

Assessments
Under this service UL's experts will perform site assessments which will evaluate value streams and identify non-value added activities and waste, leveraging tools such as Value Stream Maps (VSM), Takt time analysis, process metrics, CAPA Process, and complaint management among others.
Advisory Services
With UL's Lean advisory services, you have direct and immediate access to process improvement experts who work as part of your team. You can choose to engage one of UL's Black Belts or Master Black Belts or Lean Healthcare Advisors on a full- or part-time basis, for a specific project or only as needed.
