UL now offers food safety professionals a new and innovative training curriculum that builds upon and enhances their company’s existing food safety management schemes and in house training programs, providing the tools needed to address today’s ever evolving food safety challenges.

UL’s curriculum is comprised of three courses, each with a distinct objective and core focus that together establish a comprehensive framework of food safety responsibility across an organization, from senior management to line workers and is applicable across the food supply chain.
