Continua Certification Testing Services
Through our world class testing facilities, UL provides testing for the Continua Health Alliance (Continua) Certification program. As a Continua Certified Testing Laboratory, UL has been certified to perform all the necessary testing and to provide the related results and reports for any new devices subject to the Continua Certification program. Additionally for manufacturers interested in UL's Continua Health Alliance Certification program and related testing procedures, UL can provide:

The Continua Certification program ensures that Continua Certified products and services meet the requirements of the Continua Guidelines to facilitate seamless connectivity between personal connected health products and services, such as smart phones, gateways and remote monitoring devices. Personal Health products featuring the Continua logo indicate that they meet conformance requirements as well as interoperability requirements with other Continua devices. Completing the certification program requirements is required before compliance can be claimed. The Continua Health Alliance's Design Guidelines contain references to the standards and specifications that Continua selects for establishing the interoperability of devices.
