UL Warns of Counterfeit UL Mark on AC/DC Adapter (Release 12PN-30)
Northbrook, IL, - October 31, 2012 - UL is notifying consumers and retailers that the AC/DC Adapter identified below bears a counterfeit UL Mark for the United States and Canada. The AC/DC Adapter has not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate Standards for Safety and it is unknown if this AC/DC Adapter complies with any safety requirements.
