Complete UL sample submission form to expedite sample submission and testing.

In order to expedite sample submission and testing, clients need to complete an UL sample submission form and send to the appropriate UL location as directed. Specific sample submission forms are available for different product categories and can be accessed by clicking on the links below. Complete an online Credit Application now to establish a line of credit with UL.

In order to establish a line of credit with UL, clients need to complete an online Credit Application by following this link: Credit Application

Please note that the Credit Application only takes a few minutes to complete and can be accessed by several people within your organization if necessary. You will need a valid email address and the Credit Application ID, which will be assigned upon saving the information you have entered into the Credit Application.

Upon submission of your completed credit application, a credit decision will be made within 2 business days. An email will be sent to the UL Sales and Client Services team as well as the email addresses you provide on the credit application.
